This was a combined brew with the itinerant chapter of Dovecote Brewing. He brought the kit from the Cheeky Pint (we think), and we brewed it on the pool deck in my new brew area, which I must say is working reasonably well. Obviously, this is meant to be a hoppy American Pale Ale in the style of Sierra Nevada, which remains one of my favourite beers.

The brewing process was pretty straightforward. I didn’t do a stepped infusion or anything, and I managed to maintain the temperature at 66 degrees pretty well.
The only slight problem was the loss of the Tilt. I think it’s given up the ghost.
