This is the famous mystery beer. Originally, I was trying to make something like Newcastle Brown Ale, but I think that got lost along the way and I ended up with a kind of hoppy brown ale. When I first tasted it, I was a bit disappointed, but now that I’ve drunk a fair amount of it, I’ve got to say I’m pretty pleased. I really like the bitterness of it.
